After shaving in the shower, I used the brush that came with the package and water to clean the razor head and the base. But never use the brush for the blades, it’s for cleaning the mechanism.

I can’t commend the battery enough. I’ve used it over and over again and it has never run down since I started using it. The fast charging base also works incredibly well. A one-time charge is always enough for short trips. However, the charging base is crucial for distant traveling.

In general, my first-hand experience with safety razors, Gillette, and a few electric razors show that you must put enough effort into getting a close shaving, which is not always perfect.
