What is life without sweetness? Sweetness that comes from everywhere. Food, drinks, songs, people and even scents or perfumes. As a lover of sweet fragrances, the must-have is of course vanilla perfume, although there are also many types of vanilla perfume.
This time my vanilla perfume adventure ended with Vanilla Sex by Tom Ford. The name is already interesting. This perfume was released in 2023, and after using it for some time I can conclude that this perfume is a unisex perfume.
With bitter almond as top notes, floral and vanilla as middle notes with a touch of tonka bean, sandalwood, vanilla absolute as base notes, the scent is spicy and warm but still suitable for my sweet tooth. All I can say for the scent is that it’s a great scent to wear in the afternoon to evening when you’re enjoying an afternoon strolling around the city.
I bought the 30 ml size and I find it quite frugal as I don’t need to spray a lot of the product. A few sprays and… voila! The aroma spreads like love. Of course, the packaging also suits my taste: simple yet memorable. With its warm beige color and strong cap, it is safe to carry around. Also, the staying power of the perfume is impressive! It stays on my body for up to 5 hours until I need to re-apply.
Overall, this vanilla perfume should be on your wishlist. The price, the performance and the happiness are all worth it.
